A Map to the Next World

Inspired by Joy Harjo's poem of the same name, A Map to the Next World brings together artists whose work explores Los Angeles through eco-art, found and foraged materials, traditional practices, memory, and community.

The exhibition features works that encourage deeper connections with the land while imagining possibilities for a more sustainable and interconnected future. Participating artists include Kim Abeles, Ann Phong, Sherise Lee, Paige Emery, Jade, and others.
